Liberals will always talk about the need for raising taxes and the growth and good that comes about from the tax hike. What we need to realize is the actual effects of raising taxes on those who provide the most to the economy. Very simple, any tax that you raise on any particular item, the less incentive those who participate in that particular activity or service will have to continue to do so.
